Do you offer other waxing services besides Brazilians?
Brazilian waxing is my speciality and the core service that I offer.
Additional waxing services (underarm, lip, inner thigh, etc)
are offered exclusively as add-ons to a Brazilian wax appointment
and are not available as standalone services.
How do I prepare for my wax?

Moisturize daily

Exfoliate 2-3 times a week

Stay hydrated on the day of your appointment. Drink water before, coffee after!

If possible, wear loose clothing on the day of your appointment
What do I do after my wax?

For 24-48 hrs after waxing avoid anything that could cause inflammation & irritation to the areas waxed

Inflammation- anything causing heat: hot baths/showers, saunas, jacuzzi, sweating/working out, tanning etc.

Irritation- anything causing friction to the areas waxed: tight clothing, working out, sex, the beach etc.
What type of wax do you use?

We exclusively use wax from reputable distributors that only sell to licensed beauty industry professionals
Can I get a brazilian wax if I am on my period?

Yes, you can. Just place a new tampon in before your appointment or use a menstrual cup

If you do not feel comfortable getting waxed during your period please keep that in mind when scheduling your appointment as cancellations & rescheduling policies will still apply
Can I get a brazilian wax while I'm pregnant?

Of course, I've had many expectant mamas get waxed

It's best to start waxing in the early stages of your pregnancy for best results and the most comfort level

Wait at least 8 weeks after delivery with clearance from your doctor to resume waxing
I'm not 18 yet, can i get a brazilian?

You must be at least 18 yrs old to book an appointment for a brazilian wax
How long does my hair need to be to get waxed?

At least 3 weeks worth of hair growth. Please book your appointment accordingly to get the best results
How often should I get waxed?

Every 4 weeks is the general recommended timeframe for waxing consistently
How long does it take to get a brazilian wax?

If you are seasoned and get waxed regularly it only takes about 15 minutes to complete a brazilian, sometimes even less

If you are new to waxing or it's been a long time since your last wax it might take a bit longer. When you come back in 4 weeks for your follow-up wax it should only take about 15 minutes. Consistency makes for easy fast waxing with great results
How important is pre-booking for my next wax?

Booking your next wax before you leave will secure your appointment and keep you on a solid schedule which will give you the best results
How important is at home after wax care?
-
Moisturizing, exfoliating and being hydrated on the day of your appointment will give you superior consistent results. Home care helps prevent breakage, breakouts, bumps & itching
Waxing Contraindications

You need to be off these medications for 1 year prior to waxing: Accutane, Adapalene, Differin, Isotretinoin, Tazarac, or anything similar to Accutane

You need to be off these medications for at least 14 days prior to waxing: Alustra, Avita, Azelex, Clindamycin, Doxycycline, Erythromycin, Madifloxine, Metronidazole, Prednisone, Renova, Retin-A, Tazarotene, or anything similar

If you are sunburned wait at least 7 days before waxing. For natural tanning or tanning booth, wait at least 48 hrs to be waxed

Avoid sun tanning and tanning booth for at least 24-48 hrs after your wax
Policies
Covid/Flu/Illness

A 50% cancellation fee is applied to any no-show or cancellations within 24 hrs of scheduled appointment. If card is declined or disputed any future bookings will be blocked until the amount is paid in full.

There is a 5 minute grace period if you are running late to your appointment. A restroom is located around the hall from my suite, please use the restroom prior to your appointment time. If you are later than 5 minutes and/or need to use the restroom during your appointment time I cannot guarantee that there will be enough time for your full service and we might need to reschedule. The service will still be charged the full amount

Only the client is allowed in the suite for services. For anyone who might accompany you to your appointment there is a bench located right outside the suite. We also have Starbucks across the way and the food court downstairs

If the credit card on file declines then an invoice will be sent. The invoice will need to be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled.

No matter if i'ts just the sniffles, a tickle in the throat or just a little "under the weather" please reschedule your appointment. If an illness is going through your house but you are feeling fine, please still reschedule your appointment

You must reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing fever, chills, a new or worsening cough, shortness of breath or any other symptoms of Covid 19

Please wait at least 7 days to schedule your appointment if you have just returned from traveling
